Sarah has over 16 years of expertise in Healthcare, working her way up from a Call Center representative to a Senior Business Process consultant. She knows health insurance from end-to-end and has worked in various areas of health plans including Compliance, Product Development, and Performance Management. She has deep expertise with product design, training, and customer engagement.

Sarah says, “I never met a problem I didn’t want to solve.” She specializes in problem resolution, whether that resolution happens to be training, process improvement or project management – or whatever is needed to make business life easier. She finds personal satisfaction in helping others resolve issues, making things work as intended, and in improving efficiency.

Sarah is an optimistic collaborator and loves helping others. She is driven to explore the art of the possible, challenge the status quo, and ask “why can’t we…?”
