Mackenzie Bonilla

Mackenzie (Kenzie) is the head of Operations at Venture West. She helps companies navigate growth by implementing departmental and procedural changes and increasing the efficiency of their back-end operations and accounting departments. She is amazingly organized and versatile, and loves interacting with Venture West’s consultants and clients. And she keeps the back-office operations of Venture West running smoothly.

After growing up in the Bay Area, Kenzie and now lives in San Antonio, Texas where she studied organizational communications at UT San Antonio. Prior to consulting, Mackenzie worked in the Construction and Oil and Gas industries.

Mackenzie loves spending time with her two children and cocker spaniel. She and her husband enjoy renovating homes.
