Alice has over 25 years professional experience with over 16 years in Program management with a passion for building – from SaaS products to new teams, to HR programs, and has an innate ability to bring people together in collaboration, while building structure and clarity from chaos. Alice has worked in both larger organizations as well as small tech startups and brings an operational lens to her work with her clients, using technology to create efficiencies. She cares about the human experience in any of the programs she manages or builds and uses innovative ways to increase engagement. Alice is also a Certified Professional Coach and has been coaching clients for over 5 years.
