Emilie is a seasoned digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience in High-Tech Operations and Technology.  Her most recent role was leading Business Process Management and Intelligent Automation Centers of Excellence, using business process re-engineering practices to streamline processes and deploying over 100 Bots to achieve 1M+ in annualized hours savings at a high-tech Saas software company.  

Emilie has experience in establishing and evolving Shared Services to support operations in data management and software configuration and maintenance at high tech companies.  She combines her business process expertise across the value chain and technology to deliver measurable outcomes. 

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling around the world to learn about culture and food.   Emilie is fluent in various languages:  English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and French.
