Gina is a healthcare leader and gerontologist with a breadth and depth of experience in program development, implementation, and management. She has successfully led high-performing teams in scaling innovative health programs nationwide for the last 15 years.

Gina is passionate about improving the quality of care for older adults and underserved populations through CMS Innovation Center initiatives. These initiatives have all been centered on testing new and innovative models of care to achieve the Quadruple Aim: improved population health, enhanced patient experience and outcomes, reduced costs and reduced provider burden.

Seamlessly blending creativity and pragmatism in her data-driven approach to problem-solving, Gina leads collaborative partnerships and engagement strategies across payers, providers, patients, and community organizations.

Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Northridge and Master of Arts in Gerontology from the University of Southern California.
