Adam M. Barde, MHA, MSG

Adam is an innovative and hands-on healthcare leader and management consultant with 25 years of significant experience in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors across the healthcare spectrum. Adam successfully advanced the delivery and outcomes of healthcare and elevated patient and provider experience in the senior living industry, large medical center ecosystems such as UCSF Health and Penn Medicine, multi-specialty clinics, small concierge medical offices, and at innovative payers such as Blue Shield of California and Health Net. In his most recent role at Blue Shield of California as Senior Director, Health Transformation, Adam and his team identified and engaged with physicians, hospitals, and community-based organizations to design and implement transformative solutions addressing health inequality and the social determinants of health.

Adam is committed to creating collaborative and efficient systems utilizing Lean, design thinking, and Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM). He has demonstrated success in working with all levels of management and direct patient care providers. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at healthcare conferences where he speaks about innovation in transforming healthcare delivery. Adam received a Master in Health Administration and a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at San Diego.
